The Lockloosa (Modified) 

This home owner took one of standard floor plans (The Lockloosa) and modified to suit their needs. She and her husband turned our Lockloosa model into their dream home by adding 4 feet to the living room side and adjusted the floor plan to have 3 bedroom 2 bath. These changes made the Lockloosa about a 1550 square foot home.

This home is a 5400 square foot two story home. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, located in Sebring, Florida

The Payne's Prairie

This is a 2200 square foot one story home with a loft in Franklin, North Carolina. It has three bedrooms and two baths.

The Mountain View

This log home is a 2600 square foot one story home with a 2 car garage. It is a 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath home located in Boggstown, Indiana

The Manatee

This home is  located in Cartersville, GA. It is a custom home that is a version of Suwannee River's Manatee floor plan. The Manatee is a 2083 square foot 3 bedroom two bath home. 

The Manatee II 

The Manatee II is a 3 bedroom 2 bath 2083 square foot log home. It has a nice dining room bump out that will leave you plenty of room for a large dining room table. The bump out also opens up the kitchen and great room to give you a more open feeling.

The Silverado (Modified)

The home owners took one of our floor plans (The Silverado) and modified it to meet their needs. The Silverado is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath 2095 square foot home. 

The Pasafino (Modified)

The Pasafino floor plan is 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 2900 square foot home. 
This home owner took their floor plan and built a home they could be proud of. 

The Shenandoah (Modified)

Then Shenandoah is a 3200 square foot 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath log home. The home owner has put their own touches to the home making it a place to call home.

The Lil' Shenandoah (Modified) 

This home owner took one of our standard floor plans (The Shenandoah) and made it smaller than the original plan. This is a 2500 square foot version of the Shenandoah, and is now known as the Lil' Shenandoah!

This 1500 square foot home is much more open and airy than many other designs this size.  The perfect home for those who want a cozy place to relax!

This log home is 5600 square foot home. It is 4 bedroom 4 bath and has a lot of room to entertain.

Moss Meadows (Custom Peacock Home)

In a small town sits a 3000 square foot home on a basement. The home is positioned on the property about 100 yards from an enchanting lake. This home truly represents the strength of cypress. It is Suwannee River's oldest custom home. The home has never been stained on the exterior because the homeowners decided to tap into a different beauty that cypress has to offers. Cypress is one of two woods that can turn gray and you do not have to stain it. Although most of our customers do not like the gray appearance, it is truly a unique side of cypress that is rarely seen.

Shenandoah Modified 

The home owners of this home took one of our floor plans (The Shenandoah) and enlarged by working with our drafting department to suit their needs. This particular home is one of Suwannee River's national sales centers located on I-95. This home is the actual Suwannee River Shenandoah floor plan. Custom Home # 1

The home is 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath 2250 square foot home. This home owner brought in a floor plan that they had sketched out and worked with our Architectural drafting department to design a home to meet their needs.

Custom Home # 2

This home owner had a drawing drawn up and brought it to us to design his new log home. This home is a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath 4000 square foot home.

Custom Home # 3

This home was a pretty neat home to design. We custom designed this home as a two story home. The 1st story of this home is concrete block with a stucco finish. The 2nd story the customer had built out of logs. All in all both 1st and 2nd story are finished, so it is classified as a two story home. The home is 5 bedroom 3 bath 5000 square foot home.

A Luxury Home in Andover, Kansas

This home was a custom that the home owner had already had a sketch drawn out. We took it and by working by his side we all created a home that would be proud of. This home is a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1800 square foot home with a 2 car garage.

The Home owners of this particular 3000 sq.ft. plus home visited one of our home consultants with a plan of their own. By working with our draftsman and our home consultants the home owners were able to have the log home they wanted.
